Matrix Mysteries

I have a confession to make. Glitches in the Matrix fascinate me. And I'm not talking about whether Nelson Mandela died in the 1980s or in 2013, or whether a certain brand has changed their logo or not. What really interests me, are the personal stories, because they hint at hidden truths beyond the confines of our own universe. These are the posts that proliferate in Matrix Mysteries. Homes that seem to shift in and out of reality. Weirdly person-specific micro-climates. Ambient sounds that inexplicably go quiet. Personal objects that don't behave the way they should. Private thoughts and observations that bleed through into the physical world. Ghost pets and ghostly co-residents. Even near-death or real-death experiences that result in a reset of reality or the formation of eerie portals in the wilderness. But there are also posts that challenge your perceptions or wake you up to previously unimagined possibilities. Here you will find a truly mind-blowing collection of crowd-sourced enigmas.

The countdown for Halloween has begun. In roughly 48 hours, it will be time again for scary costumes, trick or treating, distant screams, eerie music and marathon horror binge-watching sessions. Many people are already sharing horror themed lawn decorations, but this Facebook group touches on the spirit of the uncanny, with posts ranging from haunted castles and mysterious photographs to personal ghost stories and unexplained nighttime security footage. See ghost hunters at work or discuss protective measures against the supernatural. Posts and media blur the lines between the elusive safety of the mundane world and the reality of a mysterious world we know so little of.

Do you believe in ghosts and other supernatural phenomena? If so, check out this group, which is dedicated to exploring all sorts of paranormal phenomena. Threads on the discussion board include 'demon or spirit???', 'Animal ghosts', 'Experiences', 'Cursed places', 'Do you believe in Aliens?', ' Ancient mysteries' and 'My Son is Starting to Scare Me.' Those looking for opportunities in the field, should glance at 'Paranormal show casting and 'make money from paranormal photos and video'. One topic even covers 'Parablocker - We believe...', sharing information for a device to limit paranormal activity in your environment. Although the gallery features some horror art and other obviously manipulated images, there are also photos that appear to be of genuine ghosts and other energy forms. The wall includes more posts on the supernatural and links to other internet resources.

What's great about this group: Who doesn't like to share real life ghost stories?

A word of caution: Avoid if you are a skeptic or scare easily.

Am I the only alien on this planet?

I like the name of this group. I've felt like that at times. Looking at the discussion board, most attention seems to be focused on spiritual matters. Some of the topics covered include 'alien abduction/past lives', 'enlightenment', 'Multidimensional consciousness', 'world healing', 'spiritual practices', 'meeting soul mates' and 'Spontaneous Human/Paranormal Combustion'. There is more. You can ''Add your inspirational quotes and stuff for everyone here!', share your views on 'What type of music inspires you?', 'how do you interpret spirit messages?', 'do you believe in angels, fairies and magic?', 'How do you feel about psychics and mediums?', 'had any paranormal or just plain freaky experiences?' and 'Common lightbody symptoms occurring as part of the Earth/Human changes'. Links to other resources on the internet can be found in wall posts and also in responses to some of the topics.

What's great about this group: Like I said, I love the name.
